The
Owensboro Metropolitan Public Improvement Specifications are
Appendix A of the Subdivision
Regulations. The Public Improvement Specifications
set minimum design and construction standards for streets,
water lines, sewers, storm drainage channels, and other necessary
public facilities in new subdivisions. Civil engineers, both
public and private, apply these technical standards when designing
and constructing new subdivisions and public facility improvements
in Owensboro, Whitesville and Daviess County, Kentucky.
